We use the Gallup
CliftonStrengths® assessment to help individuals discover their uniquely innate gifts, talents, and strengths in an effort to transform groups of individuals into highly functioning and successful teams.
We offer a variety of training options, ranging between individual coaching sessions, to full-day team retreats. Both in-person and virtual training options are available!
We have been honored to lead strengths-based trainings with teams at some of the best colleges and universities in the country. Our clients have included: Notre Dame, USC, Harvard, Arizona, Washington, Pittsburgh, Kansas, and more. See our "Champion Clients" section below!
Angela was first introduced to CliftonStrengths® in 2002 by her doctoral mentor Dr. Edward "Chip" Anderson, the pioneer of strengths-based education. Since that time, she has spent nearly two decades researching strengths-based athletics.
Angela is a former pitcher for the University of Notre Dame softball team and professional athlete in the Italian National League, and has coached at the NCAA and NAIA levels. Her international sport experience also includes coaching and leading clinics in China, Venezuela, and Mexico.
She is also a full-time faculty in the Graduate Physical Education Program at Azusa Pacific University. In addition to teaching at APU, she enjoys traveling the country consulting with athletic teams and organizations and introducing them to the strengths philosophy. Angela resides in Long Beach, CA with her husband and two young daughters.
